A Greek Family Vacation

Matt made planning a Greece trip for our family of six incredibly easy and personal. He really listened to our interests and what we were hoping for, and created a trip that felt completely tailored to us rather than cookie cutter.

The hotels, experiences and pacing all worked so well, and we especially appreciated how attentive and communicative Matt was throughout the process, even while we were traveling. We always felt very well taken care of.

This was a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Greece for our family, and we’re so grateful for Matt’s guidance and expertise in helping make it happen. I would absolutely work with him again.

Matt Bell did a terrific job arranging our 7-day trip to Puerto Rico. Matt planned a varied visit that included beaches, a coffee farm, a local festival in Ponce, the bioluminescent bay, and swimming in the river in the rainforest. 

Matt advised us on pacing and secured us hotels that offered luxury and friendly staff. While not a concierge, he was informally one as he checked with us during the trip. No hiccups. He's great to work with and I am so glad we did.

Matt provided excellent service from our very first conversation with him. When we first reached out, we hadn't traveled in 1-2 years and we had so many  ideas of where to go . Using the invaluable information Matt provided, we were able to hone in on one location. Matt helped us create the perfect itinerary for our family's needs and he helped to select the perfect touring/excursion companies. He also orchestrated a connection with the executive sous chef at our hotel so we could be provided off-menu vegan and gluten-free options.  His itinerary app was awesome, too, really helping us stay organized and prepared. I loved all the insider-information like what to expect for parking , what to wear, and what to pack, etc.

Matt went above and beyond for us. He eliminated so much of the stress of planning and executing a vacation. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely call him when we're ready to travel again!

Our honeymoon would never have happened, had it not been for Matt. Thanks to Matt, we were able to plan the trip of a lifetime in about two weeks. 

From helping us identify Bali as the place we wanted to go and sharing guidance about different regions to help us narrow our scope, to compiling an awesome list of hotel options, broken down by price and offerings, and taking care of all bookings, he truly went above and beyond to make our trip meaningful.

He also worked his magic to get us incredible upgrades (the nicest room in the hotel) and complimentary experiences (a candlelit dinner in a rice paddy with traditional music) that made our trip so special.

Matt made the booking process so easy and even reached out directly to the ryokan by phone to get more information about the facilities and answer our other questions. He checked in via text during our trip to make sure we arrived ok and that everything was going smoothly, and always let us know he was available in case something came up. 

Preparing for an international trip like Japan can be stressful, and knowing Matt was there for us made it so much easier. Highly recommend!

Matt literally saved us. We had selected a hotel that turned out to be less than ideal. One call to Matt, and we were immediately placed at what must be the nicest resort in Jamaica. The next 6 days were epic. Every single thing suggested by Matt and the resort was perfect, luxurious, and private.
